EAAS legal basis for collecting and using the personal information described in this Privacy Policy depends on the Personal Information we collect and the specific context in which we collect the information:

Log Files

EAAS follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this as part of hosting services' analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users' movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

Within the meaning of the GDPR, the Data Controller is the entity that decides on the purposes for which personal data is processed as well as the means of processing it. The Controller of the data is Eaas Global, with its registered seat at Lõõtsa tn 5 11415 Tallinn in Estonia. Contacting the Controller's representative is possible by writing a letter to the address of the Controller's registered seat as well as by using the contact form on the webpage www.eaas.global. The Controller has appointed a Data Protection Officer, whom you can contact with respect to matters of data protection using the following e-mail address: info@eaas.global or by writing a letter to the Controller's registered office address.

B. The rights of persons being data subjects

The Controller ensures that the data subjects whose data it processes have the rights as set out in the GDPR. According to the basis of processing, these may be rights to:

Most of these rights are not absolute. Specified below are detailed explanations of the data subject’s rights as well as information on how to exercise them. In the event of a request to exercise a specific right, the Controller will respond within one month, but, if necessary, we are entitled to extend this period by a further two months. If the response time is extended, the Controller will notify the data subject of this fact within one month of receipt of the request. The data subject can exercise their rights by contacting us using the contact form specified above. In the event of queries concerning the processing of personal data or the need to exercise your rights under the GDPR, you should contact a representative of the Controller (info@eaas.global). If there is any doubt as to the identity of the person contacting the Controller, additional information or proof of identity may be required.

D. Type of personal data gathered

The personal data gathered by EAAS mobile app includes: email address and will be used for the purposes of testing the application.

  1. The personal data will be kept for the duration of the legitimate interest of the Controller, unless you object to the processing;
  2. The provision of data is not necessary for the conclusion of contracts and the settlement of the business and for the Controller to comply with legal requirements.
  3. The data provided by you will not be subject to automated decision-making and profiling;
  4. The personal data provided will be processed for the purpose of providing the service, based on the legitimate interests pursued by the Controller.
  5. Personal data will be kept for the duration of the legitimate interest of the Controller, unless such a person objects to the processing;
